Mr. Wright earned a bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1988 and began a career in business with some of America’s top Fortune 500 companies, including Pepsi Cola, RJR Nabisco, SBC, MCI, Countrywide Home Loans, Reliant Energy, and TXU.

During his years in corporate America, armed with a degree in management and a minor in marketing, Mr. Wright spent six years as an executive recruiter, placing senior executives, engineers, human resource managers, and sales professionals with some of the most recognized names in corporate America, such as Pepsi Cola, Quaker Oats, Snapple, ProLine Corporation, Kraft, Kimberly Clark, Nutra-Sweet, and Burlington Northern Railroad.

Personal development includes, but is not limited to, studying under Robert and Kim Kiyosaki’s “Money and You” and “The Business School” courses and reading some of the best business books on the market today, such as In Search of Excellence, The One Minute Manager, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, and Developing the Leaders Around You, in addition to some of the most popular audio CDs, including The Law of Success, Million Dollar Habits, The Secrets of Great Rainmakers, The ABCs of Building a Business Team That Wins, and The Book on Leadership. Monthly and daily periodicals include The Dallas Morning News, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Money, and Fortune magazine.

With various corporate industry knowledge in consumer products sales, executive recruiting, telecommunications, mortgage and electricity combined with experience in managing and directing small start-up companies to sales, corporate recruiting, information technology and mortgage sales/processing/foreclosure add depth to a successful career.
